My aim is to lose as much weight as I can in eight months. I want to feel comfortable in my own body and feel fit and healthy. I am doing this for me, nobody else. I am 5'3" and my starting weight is 161lbs, my goal is 120lbs. If anybody has any advice or comments, please post them because I am one of the least motivated people in the world but I am determined to do this. Any help would be welcomed! I will be posting progress pictures and weekly weigh-ins once I start to see some progress. I have thirty weeks to get a completely flat tummy. Wish me luck!
